By default, I play Hazamada as part of verse : to keep things simple. I'm capable of roleplaying in other ones or writing differing SLs or AUs! As, or if, these are developed, they will be added here.

Toshikazu Hazamada was born in 1983 to two middle-class parents. Their work meant he was often left alone, and even as he grew up, he was left to his own devices. He delved into online forums, spending his allowance on anime and manga, and bit by bit, forwent reality for fantasy.
Treated as an outsider by his peers, insulted and punished for his outbursts, never rewarded for his (misguided) attempts to communicate and bond with his peers, a hatred for reality and for people festered within him. Over time, it felt as if he had almost entirely lost himself in his fantasy worlds as a way of coping with his lonely, frustrating teenage life.
Eventually, his parents felt that a change of scenery would do him good. Or, perhaps, they just didn't want to put up with him anymore. Either way, he moved in with his aunt in Morioh.
Becoming a Stand user only intensified the result of all of this— a misanthrope with a superiority complex arose, and it was Josuke that left his ego in ruins, setting the scene for self-improvement. With Koichi's reassurance and friendship, he's slowly opening up and coming to terms with his many, many flaws.
Hazamada, first of all, is not a good person. He's trying, he truly is, but he has a long ways to go in terms of respecting other people. He still finds himself parroting bigoted and uncomfortable remarks at times, and his first instinct is to lash out at those around him. However, bit by bit, he's working on it!
He still indulges heavily in otaku culture, and the easiest way to get him to open up is to talk about anime and manga with him. Ask about his waifus; it's the way to his heart.
